How does the booking process work?

Reach out to us by hitting the Book a Picnic button above and filling out our questionnaire. Please allow 1-2 business days for me to get back to you to secure your date and send your invoice. Once your invoice is paid, get excited! Your picnic is booked!

Can I cancel or reschedule my picnic?

You can cancel up to three days before your picnic

  • We do not offer refunds but are more than happy to provide you with a credit towards a future picnic.

  • If you cancel after 72 hours before your picnic, there will be a non-transferable non-refundable charge of $50.

    (E.g. you cancel within 48 hours of picnic, you will be charged $50 and only have $130 put towards your credit)

  • Cancelations do not guarantee price.
    (E.g. if our prices go up within the time you cancel and rebook you will be charged the new prices)

  • Rescheduling 

    • We allow guests to reschedule once up to three days before their picnic.

    • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

What is included in a typical Picnic?

A typical picnic includes: a tablescape in your chosen theme with plates, utensils, glasses, cloth napkins, & napkin rings, a small trash can with bag, hand sanitizer, tarp with rug, assorted pillows according to guest count to match chosen theme, floral or greenery arrangement to match theme, a bluetooth speaker, lawn game and/or card game, basket with blankets, ice bucket or cooler, LED or real candles with candleholders.

Add-ons like balloons, instax camera and more can be added on for an additional fee.

Do you offer food?

We do not offer food. However, we are working to partner with local eateries and charcuterie providers to offer our clients the option to add-on food.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Of course! We do ask that our clients please follow local guidelines for alcohol as most public parks prohibit alcoholic beverages. Alcoholic drinks are allowed on private property.

What if there is inclement weather on the day of my picnic?

If there is rain forecasted, it is the client’s responsibility to contact us no later than 48 hours before your scheduled picnic.
If your picnic is going to be held on public property, you can reschedule it for a new date within 60 days *subject to availability.
If your picnic is scheduled on private property, we can offer our white canopy free of charge for you or move your picnic indoors for you to enjoy your picnic with ease.

Are you willing to travel?

We currently service a 40 mile radius from Sanford,ME but are willing to travel outside of that for an additional fee. Reach out to us to learn more.

What if I want something different than the themes you offer?

Don’t hesitate to reach out! We will do our best to accommodate the vision you have in mind.

Can I rent the picnic set-up for photoshoot?

Yes. Our photoshoot package is only meant for professional photographers. It includes choice of theme picnic set-up for 1 hour. Please inquire for more information.

Can I hire you for an event larger than 10 people or a micro wedding?

We are more than happy to accomodate large parties with a minimum 3 weeks notice.

Do you offer picnics year-round?

Yes, We offer outdoor picnics from late april to late october. For the winter, we offer indoor picnics at private residences or venues provided by you.
